Article 4 (existing national pilots’ licences) is amended as follows.

For the heading substitute “Authorisation for flight under instrument flight rules”.

Omit paragraph 7.

In paragraph 8—

omit point (a);

(b)

for point (b) substitute—

“(b)

the scope of the privileges granted by the authorisation must be limited to those described for the Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) rating in Chapter 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 8 of The Air Navigation Order 2016;”.
