Regulation 15 Amendment of Article 5 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014

Article 5 (certifying staff) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1—

(a)

for “M.A.801(d)” substitute “M.A.801(c)”;

(b)

omit “CAO.A.035(d) and”;

(c)

after “CAO.A.040(b)” insert “and CAO.A.040(c)”.

After paragraph 6 insert—

“7.

Limited certifying staff authorisations issued to flight engineer licence holders pursuant to point 145.A.30(j)(3) or (4) of Annex II (Part-145) before 1 July 2024 continue to be valid until they expire or until they are revoked by the maintenance organisation.”.
