In section 21F (air cargo agents):
(a)
for the words “the Secretary of State”, “him” and “he”, wherever they occur, there shall be substituted “the Board”;
(b)
in subsection (1) for the words “the United Kingdom” there shall be substituted “Guernsey”; and
(c)
subsection (4) shall be omitted.
