Paragraph 30

In section 21G (duty to report certain occurrences):

(a)

for the words “the Secretary of State” and “him”, wherever they occur, there shall be substituted “the Board”;

(b)

for subsection (4) there shall be substituted:

“(4)

Regulations under this section shall not require the reporting of occurrences taking place outside Guernsey.”; and

(c)

subsection (5) shall be omitted.
