In section 21C (unauthorised presence in restricted zone):

(a)

in subsection (1)(a) and (b), for the words from “manager of the aerodrome” to “or authority” there shall be substituted “Airport Director or a person acting on his behalf”; and

(b)

in subsection (3) for the words from “on summary conviction” to the end there shall be substituted “to a fine”.
