In section 21D (unauthorised presence on board aircraft):

(a)

in subsection (1) for the words “the United Kingdom” there shall be substituted “Jersey”; and

(b)

in subsection (2) for the words from “on summary conviction” to the end there shall be substituted “to a fine”.
