In section 21E (offences relating to authorised persons):

(a)

in subsection (2) the words from “(a) on summary conviction” to “on indictment” shall be omitted; and

(b)

in subsection (3) for the words from “on summary conviction” to the end there shall be substituted “to a fine”.
