Article 2 Authorisation of joint scheme

The Secretary of State hereby authorises the Awards For All (England) joint scheme which is contained in the agreement entered into on 6th March 2002 between the National Heritage Memorial Fund (which is also known as “the Heritage Lottery Fund”), the National Lottery Charities Board (which is also known as “the Community Fund”), the New Opportunities Fund, the English Sports Council (which is also known as “Sport England”) and the Arts Council of England.

The Schedule to this Order (which, pursuant to paragraph 3 of Schedule 3A to the 1993 Act, contains a brief description of the nature and purposes of the joint scheme and other particulars of the scheme) shall have effect.
