(1)
The Lower Axe District Board, the Upper Axe District Board, the Lower Brue District Board and the Upper Brue District Board are abolished.
(2)
The Lower Axe Drainage District, the Upper Axe Drainage District, the Lower Brue Drainage District and the Upper Brue Drainage District are amalgamated into, and are constituted as, one internal drainage district to be known as “the Axe Brue Internal Drainage District”.
(3)
A new internal drainage board to be known as “the Axe Brue Internal Drainage Board” is constituted for the Axe Brue Internal Drainage District.
