Article 5 Amendments to the Bank Administration (England and Wales) Rules 2009

after sub-paragraph (c), insert—

“(ca)

a reference to “the Insolvency Rules 1986”^f1 is a reference to those Rules including all amendments to them up to and including those made by the Insolvency (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2009^f2,”; and

after sub-paragraph (f), insert—

“(g)

the purpose of bank administration” is a reference to the objectives of bank administration in section137 of the Banking Act 2009.”.
