Article 44 Appointment of provisional bank administratorI1
Northern Ireland
If the court makes an order appointing a provisional bank administrator the court shall—
(a)
notify the Bank of England;
(b)
send 4 F1or, if the bank is a PRA-authorised person (within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000), 5 copies of the order to the person appointed (by email if possible); and
(c)
send a copy of the order to any administrative receiver of the bank.
