Article 37 Procedure on bank liquidator’s removal

Apply rule 4.24 of the 1986 Rulesf1.

(2)

At the end of rule 4.24(1)(a) and (b) after “Accountant in Bankruptcy” where it appears insert “the registrar of companies and the Bank of England.”.
