Article 76 Composition of committee when creditors paid in full

Apply rule 4.59 of the 1986 Rulesf1.

(2)

For rule 4.59(4) substitute “The members of the liquidation committee will cease to be members at the end of the final meeting held under rule 44 of the 2009 Rules.”
