Article 34 Restrictions on disclosure of confidential information
In section 348(5) (restrictions on disclosure of confidential information by FCA, PRA etc) M1, after paragraph (c) insert—
“(zd)a person appointed to act as a temporary manager by the FCA or the PRA under section 71C;”.
