In section 7(5C) (general conditions) M1—

(a)

in paragraph (b), for the words from “determined”, in the first place it occurs, to the end substitute “ is less than the amount of its liabilities, ”;

(b)

in paragraph (d), for “one or more of paragraphs (a) to (c)” substitute “ paragraph (b) or (c) (or both) ”.
