Section 110 Short title and commencement.

This Act may be cited as the Banking Act 1987.
Section 91 above shall come into force on the passing of this Act and the other provisions of this Act shall come into force on such day as the Treasury may by order appoint; and different days may be appointed for different provisions or different purposes.
