Section 99 Service of notices on the Authority.F1C1
United Kingdom
No notice required by this Act to be given to or served on the Authority shall be regarded as given or served until it is received.
Subject to subsection (1) above, any such notice may be given or served by telex or other similar means which produce a document containing the text of the communication.
