The Welsh Ministers are designated in relation to measures relating to water resources ^f1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 ^f2.

The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section of that Act.

The Welsh Ministers have chosen to consult in relation to regulation 6 of the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 (“the Regulations”) ^f3.
