Regulation 2 Further amendment of the Batteries and Accumulators (Containing Dangerous Substances) Regulations 1994
The Batteries and Accumulators (Containing Dangerous Substances) Regulations 1994 M1 are further amended in regulation 4 as follows:—
(a)
in paragraph (1), the words “and subject to paragraph (3) below” are omitted; and
(b)
the whole of paragraph (3) is omitted.
