Article 2 Variation of the Bedfordshire Fire Services Combination Scheme

The Bedfordshire Fire Services Combination Scheme is varied as follows.

In Part 2 of the Schedule, in paragraph 4(1) for “an authority to be known as the Bedfordshire and Luton Combined Fire Authority” substitute “an authority to be known as the Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Authority”.
