Article 3 Consequential and transitional provisions

The change of the Authority’s name arising out of the provisions of this Order shall not—

(a)

affect any right or obligation of any person; or

(b)

be taken as invalidating any instrument (whether made before, on or after the day on which this Order comes into force) which refers to the Authority by its previous name,

and all documents or instruments which refer to the Authority by its previous name shall be construed as referring to it under its new name.
