Regulation 4 Application of regulations 5 to 9
United Kingdom
Regulations 5 to 9 below shall not apply in relation to any bovine animal in respect of which a cattle passport—
(a)
has been issued; or
(b)
may be granted pursuant to Part III of the Cattle Identification Regulations 1998.
