In the exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 11 of the Benefices Act 1898^f1 the Patronage (Appeals) Committee constituted in accordance with paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 to the Patronage (Benefices) Measure 1986^f2 hereby makes the following Rules:
