Regulation 3 Amendment of the Biocidal Products Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001
In the Biocidal Products Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001 M1, for regulation 3(2) substitute—
“(2)Subject to Schedule 12, these Regulations, except regulations 29 and 39A and Schedule 11A, shall not apply to a biocidal product which contains an existing active substance”
