Paragraph 14
(1)
A local weights and measures authority in England or Wales may exercise a power conferred by this Schedule in a part of England or Wales that is outside that authority's area.
(2)
A local weights and measures authority in Scotland may exercise a power conferred by this Schedule in a part of Scotland that is outside that authority's area.
