Paragraph 22 Decommissioning

Within 24 months of the permanent cessation of the operation of Work Nos. 1 and 2 details of a scheme for the restoration and aftercare of the land for Work Nos. 1. 2, 3, 4 (excluding any parts of Work No. 4 that are covered by the decommissioning scheme approved under the deemed marine licence), 5 and 6 must be submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.

The scheme must include details of structures and buildings to be demolished or retained, details of the means of removal of materials following demolition, phasing of demolition and removal, details of restoration works and phasing thereof.

The scheme as approved under sub-paragraph (1) must be implemented in accordance with the phasing set out therein.
