Paragraph 4 Detailed design (appearance)

In relation to any part of the authorised development comprised in Work Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 no development of that part may commence until details of the external appearance, including the colour, materials and surface finishes, of all new permanent buildings and structures have been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.

The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
