Article 2 Amendment of the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (No. 2) Order 1996F1I1

(1)

The Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (No. 2) Order 1996f1 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.

(2)

In article 10(3)(a), for the words “a veterinary inspector” there shall be substituted the words “an inspector of the Minister or a veterinary inspector”.

(3)

In Form F in the Schedule to the Order for the words “a veterinary inspector” there shall be substituted the words “a veterinary inspector/inspector”.

(4)

In Form G in the Schedule to the Order:—

(a)

for the words “a veterinary inspector” there shall be substituted the words “a veterinary inspector/inspector”; and

(b)

for the words “Form E” there shall be substituted the words “Form F”.
