(1)
No authorised development shall commence until a scheme of archaeological investigation has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.
(2)
The scheme of archaeological investigation shall incorporate—
(a)
a walkover survey before commencement of the authorised development;
(b)
trial trenches at the sites of wind turbines W13, W17, W18, W19 and W23; and
(c)
a watching brief during construction to record both established archaeological remains and any remains subsequently identified as present.
(3)
The scheme of archaeological investigation shall be implemented as approved.
