Paragraph 10 Public rights of wayI1

No stage of the authorised development that would affect any right of way specified in the public rights of way management strategy is to commence until a written implementation plan and specification for the temporary diversion of a right of way has, after consultation with the relevant planning authority and highway authority, been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority in relation to that stage.

The right of way diversion must be constructed in accordance with the approved plan in paragraph (1).
