(1)
The horizontal directional drill (HDD) under the River Towy shall be a minimum depth of 5m below the river bed and a minimum of 1.5m below other watercourses.
(2)
The HDD under the bed of the River Towy referred to in Requirement 8 (1) shall not take place between 1st April and 30th June in any calendar year.
