Whereas an application for the purpose of both varying and amending the Bristol Education Action Zone has been made to the Secretary of State with the consent of the governing bodies of every school which it is proposed should be a participating school;

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10(1), 10(3)(b) and 11 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998^f1, hereby makes the following Order:
