Article 3 Amendment of Order

before the words “For the purposes”, there shall be inserted “(1)”;

in paragraph (b), for the words “each of the following four financial years” there shall be substituted the words “the financial year 1996-97”; and

for the word “where–”, there shall be substituted the following:–

“(c)

for the financial year 1997-98 and each of the following two financial years, shall be calculated in accordance with the formula–

$$\pounds 47\text{,}125\text{,}309+\genfrac{}{}{0.1ex}{}{\pounds 47\text{,}125\text{,}309\times \left(A-B\right)}{\mathrm{B.}}$$
