Paragraph 14
(1)
An Advisory Council constituted by the Board in accordance with section 2(3) of this Act shall consist of a chairman and such number of other members as the Secretary of State may specify in directions given under that subsection.

The Board shall pay to the chairman and other members of an Advisory Council such remuneration by way of fees, and such allowances, as may be determined by the Secretary of State with the approval of the Minister for the Civil Service.
