The site in Tring lying to the east of Akeman Street and to the north of Park Street occupied at the commencement of this Act for the purposes of the British Museum (Natural History), but excluding —

1. (a)

   the part of that site known as the “Boiler Room” and located on the ground floor of the Rothschild Building at that site;

2. (b)

   the part of that site known as the “Roof Plant Area” and located on the roof of the Ornithology building of that site.
