The site in Wandsworth known as 75 Kimber Road, London SW18 4NX, but excluding—

1. (a)

   the part of that site known as the “Boiler Room” and located on the ground floor of that site;

2. (b)

   the part of that site known as the “Plant Area” and located on the ground floor of that site;

3. (c)

   the part of that site known as the “Chiller Compound Area” and located on the roof of that site;

4. (d)

   the site known as 249 to 251 Merton Road, London SW18 5EB.
