Paragraph 2 Application under section 1(4) of the Act

United Kingdom

An application under section 1(4) of the Act shall contain information showing:

F1(a)

that the applicant possesses the requisite qualifications in respect of residenceF2; and

(b)

where the applicant is aged 10 or over, that he is of good character.
