Paragraph 4
In relation to contracts for the provision of teletext transmissions for a period beginning on or before 1st January 1982—
(a)
subsections (3) and (4) of section 19 shall not apply; and
(b)
subsection (5) shall have effect as if the words “other than the first” were omitted.
