In section 199 (notices), in subsection (4)—

(a)

for the words “section 7 of the Interpretation Act 1978” substitute “section 12 of the Interpretation (Jersey) Law, 1954”; and

(b)

for the words “United Kingdom”, wherever occurring, substitute “Bailiwick of Jersey”.
