(a)

in subsection (1)(c)(i) and (ii) after the words “United Kingdom” insert “or the Bailiwick of Jersey”; and

(b)

in subsection (2)(b) for the words “Telecommunications Act 1984” substitute “Telecommunications (Jersey) Law, 1972”.
