Paragraph 8

United Kingdom

There shall be defrayed out of the F1Gaelic Broadcasting Fund—

(a)

any expenses incurred by F2OFCOM —

(i)

by virtue of paragraph 2,

(ii)

in paying the salaries of any employees of OFCOM whose services have been furnished to the F3Service by OFCOM, or

(iii)

in connection with providing the Service with office accommodation or other facilities;

(b)

any expenses incurred by the Service by virtue of paragraph 7; and

(c)

with the approval of OFCOM F4..., any other expenses incurred by the Service.
