In section 58(1) (prohibition of publication of proceedings in a children’s hearing), for the words “broadcast or a programme included in cable programme service”—

(a)

in the first place where they occur, substitute “ programme included in a programme service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) ”; and

(b)

in the second place where they occur, substitute “ programme included in such a programme service ”.
