In section 2 (limitation of scope of strict liability)—

(a)

in subsection (1), for “broadcast cable programme” substitute “ programme included in a programme service ”; and

(b)

after subsection (4) insert—

“(5)

In this section “programme service” has the same meaning as in the Broadcasting Act 1990.”

(2)

In section 19 (interpretation), omit the definition of “cable programme”.
