Paragraph 1

United Kingdom

(1)

F1S4C shall not be treated for the purposes of the enactments and rules of law relating to the privileges of the Crown as a body exercising functions on behalf of the Crown.

F2(2)

F3S4C may do anything which appears to them to be incidental or conducive to the carrying out of their functions.

(F43)

In carrying out its functions S4C may carry on activities in any way whatever, including—

(a)

through or with other persons;

(b)

anywhere in the United Kingdom or elsewhere;

(c)

with a view to making a profit;

(d)

for a charge.
