United Kingdom

(1)

An additional services licence may include such conditions as F1OFCOM consider appropriate for securing that the provision of any additional service under the licence does not cause any interference with—

(a)

the television broadcasting service or services on whose frequency or frequencies it is provided, or

(b)

any other wireless telegraphy transmissions.
