In section 329 (proscription orders) M1, in subsection (7), in paragraph (b)(i), for “under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom for the purposes of the Audiovisual Media Services Directive” substitute “ within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom for the purposes of the European Convention on Transfrontier Television ”.
