Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “the 2003 Act” means the Communications Act 2003;

• “ the Wireless Telegraphy Order” means the Wireless Telegraphy (Jersey) Order 2003^f1;

• “the Broadcasting Order” means the Broadcasting (Jersey) Order 2003^f2;

• “the Communications Order” means the Communications (Jersey) Order 2003^f3;

• “Jersey” means the Bailiwick of Jersey; and

• “the Channel Islands” means the Bailiwicks of Jersey and Guernsey.
