Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

Subsection of that section defines such programmes as those which are transmitted by satellite from a place outside the United Kingdom other than programmes so transmitted from within any country specified in an order made by the Secretary of State for the purpose of that subsection. This Order specifies those countries for the purposes of that subsection.
