Article 3 Restrictions on vaccination and therapeutic treatment
(1)
No person other than—
(a)
a veterinary inspector;
(b)
a veterinary surgeon authorised by the appropriate Minister; or
(c)
a person to whom a licence has been issued for the purpose by a veterinary inspector
shall vaccinate bovine animals against brucellosis.
(2)
No person shall treat bovine animals for brucellosis.
