Section 11 Power to borrow

The Department may borrow on the credit of the sum specified in section 9 any sum or sums not exceeding in total £6,417,970,000.

Any money so borrowed is to be repaid along with any interest due on it out of the Consolidated Fund not later than 31 March 2027.
